The main presentations and conference events will take place at the University of Guelph campus in Rozanski Hall (University of Guelph campus map). The banquet on Tuesday June 27, 2023 will be held at the Cutten Club, on the north edge of campus (College Ave).

You need to purchase a parking permit at University of Guelph before you arrive to campus. Find parking info here.

To help conference delegates find accommodations, the conference planning committee has secured rooms at special conference rates at several locations within a short walking distance to Rozanski Hall (main conference meeting building) on the University of Guelph campus.

When making your reservation, please provide the hotel with the Natural Channels Systems Conference name to secure the specified Conference Room Rate. Please book as early as possible to ensure you don’t miss out on these reduced room rates!

University of Guelph Campus Accommodations

There are several room options available on campus. Traditional single and double rooms ($46.69+ per person, per night). Townhouse rooms as follows: 1-2 person units ($109.23+ per person, per night) and 3-4 person units ($91.03+ per person, per night. Please read the details for inclusions and exclusions. UofG accommodations include on-campus parking in specified lots.

The Delta Hotel is a short walk to campus (~8 minutes), and the conference room rate is $189+ per night. The conference rate is available Sunday June 25 – Wednesday June 28, 2023.
